I have spent the last 5 years trying to figure out what was wrong with me. After being told time and time again that there’s nothing wrong, I gave up. I got so sick I could barely hold my head up and went to AFC in Alcoa tn with little hope but I was desperate. Thankfully that visit changed everything. Dr Payne was thorough. He seemed to actually care and understand my frustration. He gave me the diagnosis i had been searching for. I didn’t want to be sick but knew something was right. Getting the diagnosis gave me hope. He referred me to the appropriate specialist only to be told again that nothing was wrong because they didn’t request the blood results that confirmed my diagnosis. Went back to DR Payne and he did the job no one else would. I couldn’t be more grateful for him and his expertise.
