We had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Stathos’s office. We had two appointments scheduled for 2:45 PM and 3:15 PM, and despite our efforts to get there on time, we encountered unexpected delays due to the freeway shutting down. We arrived at 3 PM, just 15 minutes late, and called ahead to apologize for our delay.However, prior to our arrival, we were informed that they would not see us. We were only five minutes away when we called, and when we reached the office, we could hear voices inside but received no response to our knocks. It felt like we were intentionally locked out. Additionally, when we tried to call to have our son’s medical files transferred, our calls went unanswered. After being affiliated with TPIRC for eight years, we are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Stathos’s office. I cannot recommend this office or any specialists affiliated with TPIRC based on our experience.
