First impressions are lasting, and that's the case with Dr Vella. His demeanor is concise, to the point and no useless "chit-chat". He makes eye contact and was extremely professional. His support staff was welcoming, sincere and very quick to respond to requests. He seems to run his organization like a tightly controlled, well oiled machine with a human touch. BRAVO,Dr Vella!
