We constantly had our appointments rescheduled, sometimes more than 2 times in a row, and came to expect that if we made an appointment the office would call to reschedule it. No explanations were ever given as to why, other than 'Dr. Wilson was going to be out of the office'. And, we wondered why she didn't know she'd be out of the office before giving out her schedule! We have never experienced that with any medical professional anywhere we've lived. It is very inconvenient when you need to plan your life around her constantly changing appointments. We think it is unprofessional and will be seeking a new dentist.
