Mother was brought into emergency room at Mary Black Hospital, X-ray showed a fractured vertebrae. He gave her medications and a referral to a Specialist and left. We were called the next day to come back so they could fit her with a back brace that they “forgot” to put on her during her visit the day before! Mom is 84 years old and had to be transported in an ambulance the day of her visit. Because of their negligence to put a back brace on her I had to transport her in my car which was very painful and hard for her! He should have made sure she had everything before discharging her!
