Arrogant, non empathetic, terrible patient communication skills. You are made to feel like you are bothering him. He needs to understand that when a patient seeks his advice and care, the patient is paramount. Even after seeing him and explaining my past history of hospitalization for the problem (acute otitis externa), he and the primary still treated the issue as normal. I still ended up in the ER and hospital. He needs to understand that he is no better than his patients.
