I am a 64-year-old male who wore glasses for over 50 years and was very squeamish about anything involving my eyes. When my vision declined—especially night driving and seeing road markings clearly—I was referred by Dr. Garcia at Carolina Eye Doctors to Dr. Rheinbolt. My first reaction was “No way!”From the first visit, Dr. Rheinbolt clearly explained the process and anesthesia, easing my fears completely. The surgeries were quick, painless, and far easier than I imagined. I chose the upgraded lenses, and the vision difference between my corrected and uncorrected eye was dramatic: bright, crisp, vivid vision versus a yellowish, blurry haze. The team was calm, organized, and professional, with excellent coordination between Doctors' offices.I’m still healing, but my vision is already amazing. I no longer need glasses and even bought my first real sunglasses. Thanks to Dr. Rheinbolt, I can see the world in full color—and every day feels like a fresh, joyful, inspiring start.
