Dr Joshua Borus is a nice guy but his bedside manner is severely lacking and his knowledge is lacking on chronic and complex conditions. He lacks empathy and is more focus on school attendance than why the child is there. More than once my child has left his exam room in tears and not feeling heard. My husband and I would not recommend him to anyone. He also does not understand cultural differences which is surprising for his role and position at boston children’s hospital.
