Being a medical professional myself, I have high standards for medical care and Dr. Kirby exceeded them all. I don’t volunteer that I am a Physician Assistant, as I like providers to treat me like any other person, but that didn’t matter. She was on time and incredibly pleasant and courteous. I was there for a routine skin check yet several times she asked if there were any other concerns she could help with, not making me seem like a bother at all when I mentioned a scalp issue on which she gladly gave me advice. I wasn’t sure if I would need to come back for another visit to have any moles taken off but was prepared for that possibility. She informed me she didn’t find any lesions concerning for cancer to biopsy but I had a raised mole on my ear which bothers me and I expressed that I would like it taken off if at all possible. She happily did it right during the visit! I can not recommend Dr. Kirby more highly, both with regards to her bedside manner and technical skills.
