This man is VERY short & rude. He asked why we ( I brought my father after a fall) there. I called and made appointment to have stitches removed from an ER visit. He said we do not do that. We need to go back to the ER to have that done??? You do not go back to the ER for a follow up. He made me feel like the ER made the mistake in sending us there. No explanation walked out. Went home to get discharge paperwork to show them I was not mistaken. I asked why they were passing the buck. Darlene his nurse is rude and the nerve to tell me that I was neglecting my father. It was my fault he fell. She is a disgusting person!! I will be reporting them. Stay away!!! If they are that miserable, they should retire
