First let me start by saying for one of the most frightening times in my life this practicing physician made my already terrifying experience even worse! Juan Martin nearly landed me in a wheelchair for life. He performed cervical spine surgery on me and nothing he did was professional, ethical or by any means by the book! My entire experience with him was horrific! His bedside manner was atrocious as well. From day one of my cervical spine surgery I repeatedly asked for necessary medical equipment that every patient is provided post-surgical treatment of which his reply was always “no, it will just enable your healing and the process” to which was the wrong answer later discovered after my necessary second and third neck surgeries due to his neglect and required to correct his mistakes. I also requested post-surgery on every visit his referral to start physical therapy, again received the same response from him, “no, would hinder or enable healing process” and yet again would discover
