Dr. Mackall and her staff are professional and friendly. They go out of their way to make the patient feel comfortable. Charlotte is very easy to talk to and she takes time to listen to responses. You never feel like you are just a number. I am very impressed with Dr. Mackall. As an RN with a cardiac background, it’s refreshing to find a cardiologist who is willing to take the time to listen and explain possible treatments and solutions to problems being discussed. After dealing with physicians in my area I decided to go to the Cleveland area when I continued to have symptoms. After my first appointment with Dr. Mackall I knew I made the best decision.
