Please, stay away from Akkerman - I switched! 1st: Communication skills are poor + very unprofessional and inexperienced doctor. 2nd: When you are communicating she gives you serious concerns about your health and does not get back to you in days, even though lab results were sent to doctors office several days ago. Terrifying wait! 3rd: This is my second month in a row Akkerman did not respond to essential follow-up meetings (tests/refill) inquiries. Nearly a week ago - still waiting.
