I find exceptional reviews for Dr. Carlson, but I'll never know because of the receptionist. The rudeness, I found unbelievable. I have a dental situation that needs to be addressed before an infection sets in and I lose a tooth. I have medical insurance for dental and supplemental. My insurance company has Dr. Carlson listed, along with others in a 75 miles radius. It seems the dentists listed 'in network' are extremely outdated. I'm just trying to find a dentist, mine in private practice, retired and I'm out of state traveling. Instead of being disregarded as invaluable, I would prefer to be treated as someone trying to kindly problem solve.
