As a new patient seeing Dr. Sanchez for the 1st time where to begin...I was not asked about my history, medication list or addressed by my name. My portal has wrong information like my age, and nothing about past history, pain I told them about. Never even examined me. I asked a question about why I was being sent to a certain Dr and he told me to ask them they will know. Rushed me in and out.
