I have been seeing Dr. Juliano for around 5 years and finally have decided to switch PCPs after putting up with far too many bad experiences at this office. Dr. Juliano and her office staff have often been dismissive, judgmental, rude, and condescending to me. On one recent occasion, the receptionist implied I was lying about the timing and/or reason for my call (I wasn’t). The doctor once misdiagnosed me with a serious condition, despite me expressing concern that certain factors didn’t line up with the diagnosis. My suspicions were confirmed after seeking a second opinion from a specialist on my own accord. There have been times where I’ve felt the doctor and her staff have done a great and thorough job, hence the 2 stars rather than 1, but unfortunately the bad experiences far outweigh the good.
