Dr Philbrick is very nice in person but this practice allows their techs to lecture patients about their personal politics, even after several requests by me for them to stop. I eventually just fell into silence until the procedure was finally done because they refused to comply. When I brought it up to the Dr, I was told I didn't "vibe well" with her tech and to just request someone else next time. Not sure what happened to "do no harm".
