My mom recently visited Dr. Garcia-Castro as a new patient, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. As a healthcare professional, it’s crucial to create an environment where patients—especially new ones—feel welcomed, comfortable, and heard. Unfortunately, my mom did not feel this way.She mentioned that the interaction lacked warmth and left her feeling uneasy about sharing her health concerns. This is concerning, as establishing trust is a foundational part of patient care. We hope Dr. Garcia and the staff take this feedback seriously to foster a more welcoming and supportive environment for all patients in the future.
