BEWARE!! I complained that the office staff were incompetent; the Keystone Cops of Healthcare. Tried to refill my blood pressure medicine and was told I was cancelled as a patient. No call, no mail just surprise. I originally signed up with Dr. Gorton as my Primary Care Physician. My medicare wellness examine was with her NP Quinn in Dr. Groton's office. 2nd wellness examine was with NP Quinn but in the office next door. Now I find out Dr. Gorton is not my PCP; someone changed it without my knowledge.
