My direct experience with Dr. Clark has been very positive but the labyrinth of hurdles that the office staff have created to get into the doctor is arduous and puts the burden completely on the patient. In order to be seen, I was asked to get an MRI through my primary physician. Now done, they've asked me to go back to my primary for an xray and the cds associated with the MRI. My insurance company does not require these referrals to be completed. I am now 2 months in and the hurdles to entry/scheduling into this office are unreasonable and make the patient ancillary to care. Healthcare has become a hurry up and wait game. Particularly in this office. It seems like demand must far outstrip capacity for this office. Good for them.
