But I’m genuinely glad I decided to see Justin at JAX Spine & Pain. From the start, he took the time to fully understand my condition and, importantly, to explain it to me in a way that made sense. Justin didn’t just offer a quick prescription and move on; instead, he educated me about my injury and carefully walked me through treatment options tailored to my comfort level and approach. It felt refreshing to be treated as an individual rather than just a case number. Knowing more about my own body has given me a sense of control, and I truly appreciate Justin’s considerate and thorough care.
