Patient Reviews
Feb 14, 2024
My personal experience was very unsatisfying from Dr Munns. I injured my arm and after going to the hospital I was referred to Dr Munns. I ended up being in his care for 13 weeks and then I was released with him saying that I only had a sprain and to return to work. I had a lump in my forearm and his staff could see the lump but Dr. Munns acted like there was nothing there. I couldn’t even turn a door knob and confronted Dr. Munns at this point and he left the room. From there I requested my records to get a second opinion and the first office wouldn’t even see me because Dr. Munns put in my report that I was aggressive. After that I had to flow up with my family doctor and get referred to another orthopedic doctor. Once I was in their care, they reviewed my records and also listened to what I was saying about my injury. I ended up tearing my bicep muscle and I also tore the fascia in my forearm. I’ve had multiple surgeries now and I have a long road ahead recouping from his so called sprain. Prior to Dr Munns I had great service from ORA, even to the point of getting to know a doctor there on a personal level.
