I took my daughter to see Dr. Horsley at WVU Orthopedics and Podiatry in Martinsburg, WV. She had an ingrown toenail that was often painful, inflamed and infected. From the initial visit to any follow up visits, Dr. Horsley greets you with a warm smile. He is kind, professional and knowledgeable. His assistant Catherine was very nice too.
