His nurse is very cold, rude and unsympathetic. Also very snippy toward patients. Dr Shergill is nice but explains nothing to you and I don't feel as though I am receiving any treatment for stage 4 kidney faiLure, calcium and vitamin D deficiency, high parathyroid. Just have test run but no treatment for any thing. I do not feel safe with dr handling if my Kidney failure at all
