Dr. Karen Izzo, DDS

I called and left a voicemail to set up an appointment as a new patient for my daughter and I. The receptionist Joyce had a stern tone which is fine I didn't think much of it. She asked me if I called last week I stated no and she said my name sounded very familiar. (Which I have no idea why because I've never contacted this dentist.) She kept asking me to repeat myself and asked me when the last time I had been to a dentist. I advised her it was within the last year but since I am a new patient I would prefer for one dentist to just have everything done initially. She questioned me hmm and there were no X-rays done? Everything about her tone was just off. I had to tell her I would call back if I considered doing business with them as she was coming off extremely rude. She laughed and I just hung up. I'm not sure why she treated me like this or if she confused me with someone else but it left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth. Will not be going here.
