Dr. Joyce herself is fine - knowledgeable, a bit brusque, but definitely competent. The problems I had were all related to her staff. On more than one occasion they made a mistake in scheduling an appointment, or failed to call about a prescription or reminder, and then chastised me about it. Even after I was able to show them my call log, my email, etc. and prove the error had been theirs, they blamed me. I would have been fine without an apology, but being spoken to like a child after showing them the mistake was theirs, and then having it happen again, is just not an experience I’m willing to pay for.
