My experience has turned into a nightmare with the office of Karen Lee and Jessica at the reception desk. I came in as a patient without insurance coverage. I was told to pay $250 upfront for the consultation and Xrays. I question the $100 for Xrays and $150 for Office Visit before being seen by Dr. Lee. No flexibility there otherwise I could not see the Dr. at all. I Zelle and waited. The machine was broken and it was not necessary after all. The offer me sandals and inserts for sale but I bought nothing. Before leaving I requested my refund. Dr. Karen Lee said to buy the shoes and come back for her correct insoles. A credit would be given afterwards. It has been 4 weeks since my visit and I only received $50 not $100 for Xrays not taken because the machine was broken. Dr. Karen Lee increase my OV fee from $150 to $200 without notifying me. This is unacceptable and un ethical!
