Very rude and unprofessional secretary/office staff, who calls herself a manager. She hangs up without even trying to fix their mistakes. They mix appointments for the Medicare patient with memory issues and don't even bring apologies. I'm the relative of the patient and they have me as contact, instead they call the patient, and she missed the critical injection. The doctor doesn't care. I will not recommend the office to anyone.
