She was our Dr. And just out of nowhere, she is gone. We were never even notified that she was leaving let alone that she was gone! I only found out because I was calling about an appointment I had and that's when I found out that she was gone! Very strange no explanation or anything, just up and left.. but we have a great Dr. Now Dr. Venkata Gonthina, wow what a difference in Drs. We didn't have to wait a hour to see her like we did with Shafer and she had no problem refilling prescriptions, for some reason Dr Shafer wouldn't refill prescriptions anymore.. we are very happy with Dr. Gonthina..
