After a 4 hour round trip commute to see the doctor, who was an hour late for the appointment and walked in with the intentions to say I'm not going to help you, I was beyond speechless at the end of the maximum 10 minute long visit that consisted of dialog from both sides. The level of unprofessionalism between the doctor and the resident in the room was unbelievable and not even so much as a discussion of any other potential treatment methods that may be offered at "one of the most respected programs in the world" so their website boasts. I will say I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone if this is the level of care you provide for cancer patients. They state "They listen and tailor recommendations and care plans to every patient's individual needs." So I guess lack of care is considered care these days. I would steer in the furthest direction away from this doctor and this facility. If a zero were a rating options, I would have selected that.
