I was referred to Dr Criner from the ER. I had been trying to get help for a rare autoimmune disease for over 3 years. I had a positive diagnosis and clear symptoms. Dr. Criner was calm and listened to me which I appreciate but she asked almost no questions. She then proceeded to tell me I had fibromialgia. I asked her if she had treated anyone with my rare condition and she said one person but her face looked worried like it wasn't the truth. She did not seem to know any of the basics about my condition except that there are often false negative results. I had a positive result but she said it was not high enough concentration. Even after I sent her medical research references explaining that the symptoms are more important than the blood serum quantity she still refused to treat my actual condition. I was not able to get treatment before my insurance caused problems. If she knew what she was talking about she would have had me in an infusion room as quickly as possible.
