Great Doctor, great care. His receptionist is horrible. She berated me on the phone when I told her I have Medicare coverage. She did not have that information and told me that she has to work three times harder and said in a sarcastic voice "UNBELIEVEABLE". She did change her tone when I pushed back. Please make a change, I can't recommend Dr. Zakalik as long as Carmen works there.
