I was extremely disappointed in Dr Garvey and her staff. I waited in the exam room for 30 minutes after sitting in her waiting room for 30 minutes. She entered the room and sat at the door and never touched me the entire visit, not even in greeting. There was no exam and she changed my longtime prescription, that had been effective for more than 10 years, to a different one. I tried it for over a month with all the old symptoms returning and some additional new ones. When I called the office to report my problems, I was eventually notified days later that she had a video appointment available in a month to discuss the prescription. I felt miserable and that was the best she would do. There was also an issue with test results that I was never informed of. I finally called to inquire and was told the test was invalid and needed to be repeated. There was no explanation or apology for their lack of communication. In my opinion, this Dr and her staff are extremely unprofessional.
