I visited dr.overton for the first time to get my gbs test done at 37 weeks pregnant and was not pleased with her as a dr. i sat in the room for almost an hour undressed and uncomfortable waiting for her to come in. when she finally came in her greeting was non existent.. she didn’t greet me or even introduce herself to me. i’m not one to judge… but her physical presentation was very unprofessional as well. She was very standoffish and awkward towards me making me feel weird and uncomfortable the whole time. after the swabbing was done, she didn’t give me a chance to ask any questions or say anything at that, she immediately walked out of the room. very strange experience for a drs visit. all my other obgyn’s that i have seen have been welcoming and friendly.. dr overton was quite the opposite and i would not recommend.
