My 94 yr.-old dad has had Dr. Sutherland (married name Loewen) as his ER doc on three different days he was in the Sutter Santa Rosa ER between Jan. and May 2024. Dr. Sutherland is caring, explains things clearly, and is a competent ER doctor who thoroughly assesses the situation...exactly what you wish for when a loved one is in trouble.
