Patient Reviews
Feb 10, 2022
Dr. Smith has the absolute WORST front desk receptionist I think I’ve ever encountered! So rude, short, not helpful whatsoever and is slow to return calls if she even does. I am on Medicaid and was thankful she would see me, given my sister has been seeing her over the years. After having a couple of no shows. (One due to me not being able to obtain the code for a zoom appt and the other due to not being able to leave class like I thought I would for a zoom appt.) she is now refusing to see me! I know drs. Have their choice to deny patients but I’m an established patient with her and on a high mg of Zoloft which I now will have to quit COLD turkey bc of her and this office. I am livid that she would not see me knowing all the medications I am on that need to be tapered off instead of just stopping immediately. And she’s a dr. at a mental hospital. Luckily I am not someone who is suicidal bc who does that?! Avoid this office. The worst experience I’ve by far had w any dr.

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
