Our experience with this provider was extremely disappointing. At no point during our first or second appointment did she spend any meaningful individual time engaging with my child. Instead, she spoke about my child in front of him as if he were not even in the room, including potential diagnoses of autism spectrum and anxiety. That felt incredibly inappropriate.Families seeking answers for their children deserve a provider who takes the time to connect with the child and create a comfortable environment. The toys she had available in the appointments were clearly intended for much younger kids. When my child became bored and began walking around the room, he was reprimanded rather than redirected in a supportive way.Additionally, the doctor appeared easily distracted by noises outside the room, rarely made eye contact, and gave the impression that she had not reviewed any of the information we had provided prior to the visit. The overall demeanor felt disengaged and unfriendly.
