Patient Reviews

Horrible! Kathryn Malakorn-Lew is beyond unprofessional, disrespectfull, and condisending. She was assigned to me to take an urgent mental health appointment. I left feeling worst than when I first started. She does not listen with intent, she rushed me through, and continued to disrespectfully call me out of my name after I repeatedly told her to stop. She gave very limited suggestions and only recommended that I wait many months for a phyc appointment. She never asked if I was suicidal, yet she noted that she offered me a hotline number in her notes. She basically lied! I reported her to Patient Affairs bcs I know there's no way I'm the only patient she's spoken yo in this way. She was very comfortable with her lack of bedside manners and crass tone. She's a horrible human who lacks accountability.
