Terribly unprofessional!!! I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to choose one. Completely aloof and comes off as annoyed when questioned, which is very disturbing. Even worse, I was only allowed to speak for a mere 12 seconds before being interrupted by Ms. McCans
