She is personable and actually talks and listens. I have had only a couple of Doctors in my lifetime do this. I highly respect them both still to this day. She is traveling along the same path as they did. My wife likes her as well and that is half the battle won right there . You always get a bad Doctor/great staff or a great Doctor/Bad Staff, and with Dr. Croft you get a great staff and doctor. Thank you
