My initial intake experience with Dr. Krug was fine, although felt rushed. However, my experience with the practice and her administrative staff around basic functions like prescribing has been nothing short of a nightmare. If the American medical system wasn't so broken I would have found a new PCP ages ago. The admin staff is "nice" but very difficult to deal and borderline ineffective. Every call to her office involves a significant wait time, misinformation (likely to get you off the phone), multiple follow-up calls, or a combination of the three. It seems Dr. Krug's practice is great at SEO and getting people in the door (look at all those stars!). She may even be a good doctor, but I don't know that her practice actually cares about patients and their wellbeing. And I wouldn't know if Dr. Krug feels the same, she is impossible to contact directly, which is not a great feeling as a patient.
