I had a similar poor experience to the previous response. I went in for a routine yearly physical, and she charted and charged me for talking about issues I’ve had in the past. Nothing new was discussed or brought up that was needing management on her part. I have seen other providers in this office and all of them have been welcoming and nice, until her. She didn’t rush the appointment, but she also didn’t seem too interested in anything I said - unless it was something extra she could charge for. 1 star, because she did do her job.
