Waited months for the ridiculously rude office staff to tell me the insurance was denied. I called myself and got approval, made appointment and drove an hour to get there arriving 10 min late, only to be told your late, you will need to reschedule! I asked what the grace period was and the nasty Spanish girl said there said there wasn’t one…. No one in the waiting room except a parent waiting shaking her head at the conversation. I refuse to go back mainly because of that front desk… horrible manners, rude and obnoxious. I noted this on my first call but gave them the benefit of the doubt. The doctor must know these unprofessional girls upfront are HIS front line and like me, others will bring their business elsewhere.
