Dr. Barbour refused to see me even though I had an appointment. I got stuck with a nurse practitioner who insisted my neurosurgeon was not qualified to diagnose my bone spurs. I had no nerve damage according to my neuro exam, yet the N.P. Jillian Scott insisted she was going to insert needles in my spinal nerves and do many expensive tests that I already had done. I asked if she was a doctor, and if she was qualified to do these tests and she insisted that she herself was Dr. Barbour. This person could have done serious damage in her quest to charge my insurance company. She then insisted, and advised the entire office staff that I was only there for drugs because I would not allow her to insert the needles in my nerves. Worst experience ever in a medical office.
