This was the end of the year visit after emergency partial hip replacement Nov ‘24. Walking effortlessly into the office and remembering how the journey started there made me so appreciative of Dr. Whitlock and his team. They guided me through literally every step to gaining my mobility back. . Not only does Dr Whitlock take the time to listen and understand during the process, he genuinely seems to care about how i get along after i’ve recovered, offering to be there for me if i need further treatment for anything that may happen due to ongoing osteoporosis. I want to also acknowledge the assistants, the technicians and front office for always being positive, helpful and pleasant bc it makes such a difference.While it may not look like the fanciest facility compared to the towing hospital across the street, it feels like the kind of homey doctors office of yesterday and gives that “we know and care about you” vibe. And that is comforting.
