Dr. Baylan is direct and to the point, but also clearly cares about patient's recovery. She may ask people to take personal responsibility, which clearly gets an emotional response from those who don't want to admit they need to improve. But I appreciate her being honest about what medications could offer me and what I needed to do for myself. I'm alive because of her.
