I was delighted to meet with Dr. Kelly Carson for the first time today and realized in the initial few minutes that she is not only highly qualified and educated but that she knew on a personal level what I have been experiencing with gastro issues by relating her own specific problems. She actually heard me. That helped immensely. She had no-nonsense, relatable info that set the record straight on a number of preconceptions about gastro issue that I have struggled with. It's always good to hear the truth. It is rare to talk to a doctor that vested in the doctor-patient relationship right from the start. We now have an action plan for next steps to help me to start feeling better. I came away with a sense of relief that someone heard my problems and assured me I was not imagining my plight. I am impressed. High fives for Dr. Carson. Thank you!
