Dr. Harper changed my scheduled surgery 3 times and 1 hour before I was scheduled the 3rd time. I feel he because annoyed when I voiced concerns and dissatisfaction about it. He stated he was not going forward with my surgery, after me waiting over 3 months, to get surgery due to insurance stipulations. I had to stop taking required medications in order to have surgery done. He was very unprofessional and uncaring. I would never recommend him to anyone. Very disappointed in the way I was treated by him. Office staff was great. Dr Harper is an absolute no for me.
