I was unsatisfied with the level of care and expertise of Dr. Kenneth Lai toward my daughters when they visited him for 4 years for anxiety and depression. Dr. Lai wasn’t compassionate and sympathetic toward my daughters during care, and my daughters were not respected by him in interactions. Also, Dr. Lai arrived late on one occasion, and the office staff overcharged on two occasions.
