My mother in law is 93, uses a walker and is almost deaf. She had a stroke about 2 years ago. We found a primary care doctor to give her a physical. At that time they told us to make an appointment with Dr. Bescak, they would call except they never pick up the phone so we should go to the office. We called and left messages, we even got to speak to someone once who transferred us around, only to end up leaving vm message. Two months later we get a call back from Dr. Bescaks’ office and they leave a message. We call back within 15 minutes or so, you got it, voicemail. It’s been over a week and still no call back. Luckily my 97 yr old father in law drove my 93 year old mother in law to the doctors office because she needed a prescription renewed. They gave us wrong info for one of the supplements and the pharmacy said it’s prescription not OTC. The pharmacy said their office is terrible, they see his patients going to another town for cardiac care. Unacceptable treatment for elderly
